A good way to meet new people?

I am a shy person at first. I haven't lived in this town very long. I have a baby girl and a husband. I am a stay-at-home mom, bored at home. I don't know where to meet people. I just want someone I can hang out with. Drink beer with, listen to music with, ride 4wheelers, ride horses, etc. Anyone have any good advice?

Come to So Cal, we can ride in the mountains(horses, quads, jeeps), camp at night, drink beer, cook steak, watch stars and satelites go by all night, get some great photos...
