so i transferred colleges this year and i've been at this new school for about a month now. everyone was telling me how i was going to have such a great time because of all the people i was going to meet, but i'm having a really hard time. i'm really shy and have anxiety when it comes to social situations such as meeting new people, and when it comes to getting involved in a relationship i'm having absolutely no luck. what can i do?

Join clubs. That's what i did. That's the best way cos u'll meet ppl with common interests with u and also have regular opportunities to meet, socialise, and work together.
Also, dont be so shy! Overcome it. I think shyness comes from self consciousness. U care too much what ppl will think of u. So, dont be so self concious. No one's really watching and judging u. They've got better things to do.
A tip: If u think u embarrassed urself, just laugh. Ppl will normally laugh WITH u instead of laugh AT u.
Reply:What worked for me in college is I got involved in EC's ie clubs, club sports etc. Its really hard NOT to meet new people in those things.
