Yes. There is the Alliance Francaise opposite the Zoo Lake. They have a cafe there. Also, check out their website for meet ups.

it's a pleasure! Yes, they do hang around the Zool Lake, because the Alliance is close by. They are a great community! I have been with them for over 13 years now.
