Im 22 and i feel like my best years are behind me. I used to have friends but one day i became anti social and depressed i just need to know how do i meet people?

Well if your outlook doesn't change you're in deep trouble with the 60 or 70 years that lie ahead. Get treatment for your depression and everything else will begin to fall into place.
