Hoe best to meet people who speak a language I am learning (in the UK)?

Hi, I am starting to learn Hebrew but do not have any friends who speak it or know anyone that does. How can I meet people in my loca larea who'd be willing to help me, a complete beginner, with conversations? What's the best way?
