I'm bored and I really need to meet more people such as emo scene or punk people.

Go to a venue and see some local bands play... not the safest thing to do, but that's generally where the crowd your describing hangs out.
Reply:Getting into a "scene" with other like minded people takes time. Not to mention a bit of commitment on your part. Looking around will wear you out. The best thing to do would be to stay in one place for a while and let the other person or persons come to you. Believe me, it does work.
