My boyfriend and I just moved to Arlington Heights, IL and neither of us have friends that anywhere close enough to visit. I would really like us to meet some other people, couples would be nice, that we could socialize with. We like video games, movies, drinking, etc but please no bars/clubs 21 and over because im 20 not quite 21 yet, he is 23 though. It gets pretty boring sitting around the apt with no friends!
How can we meet people? (in arlington heights or in general)?
I'd try the "Strictly Platonic" section of your local Craigslist. If you go to www.craigslist.com it'll redirect you to the nearest craigslist community.
