Where can I meet more Mormon people?

I am the only mormon at home and besides the missionaries and people in church that I only see on Sundays (note that I am the youngest and the oldest... there are the the primary kids and the YSA, they are 23 + and I'm 18), I don't have more LDS friends. Where can I meet more? any good online sites?

I am not going to institute yet.

Where can I meet more Mormon people?
In Salt Lake City, Utah
Reply:I can only suggest getting involved in YSA and institute. I loved the stake and multi stake activities as there are heaps of people to meet. I loved it myself (Now married happily!). Or maybe get involved with the youth? They may be closer in age if they are approaching 18.
Reply:YSA is where you should go...They have dances that some YSA maybe there around your age. If you go to college, look for if there are any Institute of Religion places near your college.

They are part of the Church Education System.

YSA meetings, Sunday Night devotionals.

Or find out if there is any Single Wards in your area.

Maybe not in your stake but a stake near by.
Reply:get in touch with your singles representative, find out when the socials are happening, if you don't have transport, the rep will take you
Reply:Why would you want to do that? Check out bornagainmormon.org and see what you find there. There are people your age over there.
Reply:Die and go to Heaven, there's probly a bunch up there lolololol roflcopterz!
Reply:Utah
Reply:Ask them to come to your house. They will never leave you alone for the rest of your life.
Reply:They can be anywear in the world so maybe that lowers it down LOL!!!
Reply:Aren't there any Stake dances and stuff like that anymore? Does the church host dances like they used to?

Otherwise head out to Balt'more (or is it Ballimore? I was corrected once), join the young republicans, and do some volunteer work for Romney. Really. You could meet a lot of lds in his camp and increase your circle of like-minded friends.

Now, don't say I never give out good advice.
Reply:www.internationaldiscussions.com, I'm on their also, plus www.mymormonspace.com. These are two good sites.
Reply:If you attend an LDS church and can't find any friends there, you may be out of luck, sorry to say. Maybe another LDS church can be found in a neighboring town? Can you find any on the net? Are you completely against attending other churches? I'm out of ideas. Sorry. Good luck and God bless.
Reply:Thanks Love Yahoo!! Wahhabi Princess, for your question. You have to tell us where you are so we can tell you where to go.
Reply:Does your stake do combined singles activities? I know there are a lot of single adult wards in New England, but I'm not sure where specifically. Institute is a great place to make friends, and so are the CES firesides. When I was in a singles ward in Florida, my stake had an FHE every Monday night for all the single adults in the stake. That was fun and I got to meet a lot of people! My YSA in Florida was 18 and up. I don't know if it's different there, but I bet you could meet a lot of people, even if they are a few years older than you.

Good luck! =)
Reply:That's because the mormon religion is dying out. Everyone says it's growing so much, but it's a huge lie. There are more people leaving the church than people joining. Besides, why do all your associates have to be mormon? Why don't you go find people of other religions? I'm sure they're just as friendly and nice as mormons.
Reply:I would suggest that you dont try to date mromons... no alchohal. that would suck.
Reply:Just stay at home and they will come to your door.
Reply:You can always convert people...or be friends with them no matter what they believe.

Reply:Salt lake city ,Utah. But resist the temptation
Reply:Go to Utah. It is loaded with them. Are their any Morman dating sites? I would think so. There are all kinds of dating and chatting sites. Ask at your LDS. I'm sure someone there will know.
Reply:my sister-in-law uses this site to find friends on-line. She's dating a guy from that now
