How do I meet people on MySpace?

A friend of mine wanted me to try out MySpace, so I did. However, she's my only friend so far, besides my cousin, and I'm wondering how to meet people who have the same interests as me. I tried browsing, but the only criteria it will run my search on is based on things like race, religion, size or age. What about hobbies or something?





How do I find people on there that have the same interests as me, and when I do, do I just send them a message and introduce myself or something?

How do I meet people on MySpace?
On the interest side of your page (as other people see it), with music and movies, you should be able to click one of your favorite movies or bands and it will bring up a page of people who like the same thing!

Reply:yeah you can introduce yourself but don't give and personal informaiton except for your first name..........................and i don't think you can search for ppl by their hobbies or something like that...................although you can find a group with the same hobbies
