smile, act friendly, invite them to hang out sometime, exchange phone numbers,a d e-mails so it seems like you really want to get to know you, ask questions about they're family and stuff, and don't talk about urself too much, goodluck :)
Reply:Remember them by name. When you meet someone and they say "hi i am bob" you can say "nice to meet you bob".
One other important thing is to make them feel good about themselves. Like a compliment. When you walk away and that person feels good about themself they will always be happy around you.
